- Set slurry pump speed & set air flow and you are ready to go
- Wash down
- Open frame & poly hopper make it easy
- Easy disassembly if needed
- Injector and Hopper tear down without to

3 to 9 Cubic Yards per Hour
Three models cover all your needs. Nominal output rates for 32 pound / cubic ft. (PCF) cellular concrete are 3, 6, and 9 cu yds/hr.
Consistent Quality
Set slurry pump speed and air flow rate to assure constant density. Digital metering and readout mean you get exactly the same results every time, with your chosen slurry mix.
Easily Varied Density
Vary the slurry pump speed or change air flow rate to vary the density.
Fast Easy Clean Up
Easily disassembled to be sure all components are clean.
Modular Design
The base unit is the foam generation and metering module. At the front end, you can use a mixer you may already have or purchase one; continuous is preferred. At the back end, you may direct place or use a pump which you already have for more distant placement. Solutions has progressing cavity (“Moyno type”) pumps available now, with peristal ic pumps to be available Spring 2025. Customers have also used diaphragm (trash) pumps with good success.
