Equipment
We make small lab size and production equipment producing up to 10 cubic yards per hour. These are for continuous production of cellular concrete. Our Low Volume CreteFoamer, LVCF, machine line was designed for the specialty and low volume production markets.
Materials
We are your source for sample and low production quantities of a variety of additive materials for production of High Performance Cellular Concrete (HPCC). Available from us so you don’t have to search the world to find materials to test.
Controls
We can design controls for various process functions – such as rate and metering controls, ratio controls, and process controls. Because consistency and quality are so important, the extensive experience of Richway in controls and systems will be of value to those doing production of HPCC.
